Profile Story

I am currently based at The Centre for Health & Human Performance (CHHP) - 76 Harley Street, London & continue to work with elite athletes alongside this. I have a varied clinical caseload to include spinal & peripheral injuries as well as patients with persistent pain & recalcitrant injury. A big part of this is around building carefully tailored management plans in relation to the patient’s background history and their goals.

I have worked with a variety of Professional & Olympic athletes to include; Snowboarding, Skiing, Judo, Canoeing, Archery & Bob Skeleton. In addition, I also have varied experience with Golfers, Boxers, Rugby players, Footballers, Basketballers, Dancers & Musicians/Producers. I was involved with athlete support up to both Vancouver 2010 (British Snowboarding) and Sochi 2014 (Canada Snowboard) Winter Olympic Games as well as the London 2012 Olympics (British Canoeing). I continue to work with Canada Snowboard up to the 2018 Olympics.

I have an active interest in Strength & Conditioning and its role in rehabilitation & performance. This has come from working with a number of talented S&C coaches in different gym and performance environments. On top of my previous UKSCA Level 1 coaching course attendance, I am currently studying to complete my NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). I co-founded in 2012 with Patrick Harding. We now run the clinical education & tutoring for the SPORTTAPE Academy. I also teach on the Pro-Active Training Sports Massage diploma.
