It all started with an individual curiosity for elite fitness, pushing my own body to its boundaries and beyond to realise what can be possible. 10 years later has seen my appetite for elite fitness evolve into a 1,500 sq ft Crossfit box with ever growing membership and new boundaries being broken every day.
