Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

St Bart’s and The Royal London Hospitals

About Me

I graduated from London Hospital Medical College in 1992. During my post-grad training, I worked at various hospitals throughout London, including Great Ormond Street, Barts and The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and I was lucky enough to go on two fellowships to Australia, where I worked with Australia’s top knee surgeons.” On my return to the UK, I finished my training at The Royal London Hospital before moving to a consultant post at The Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. In 2002, I was appointed Orthopaedic Consultant to St Bart’s and The Royal London Hospitals. After battling with the inefficiencies and frustrations of life as a consultant surgeon in the NHS for almost 10 years, I left in 2011 to dedicate myself to quality in the private sector. I was honoured to be invited to join the consultant body of King Edward VII’s Hospital in May 2013.
